By giving, you are engaging in the community and developing a testimony to God’s faithfulness that can motivate you to a greater intimacy with Christ. God himself is described as a giver. When we imitate our Father, we are drawn closer to Him and strengthened in our faith. Giving is described as an investment for eternity, and we are promised that we will be blessed exponentially in return.
